Echo Park-based chef Max Lesser updates the classic holiday peanut brittle with an artisinal hand and high-quality ingredients. His brittle branches out into new flavor territory such as Indian Curry and Pistachio; Cocoa Nib, Coffee Bean & Pecan; Chai Tea and Cashew (my personal favorite); New Mexico Chili and Pumpkin Seed; and Fleur de Sel and Peanut.
